I have a word for you. It rhymes with duck. Today it is somewhat of a post-midnight post because I've been up since 6 PM of yesterday. Yeah. I went to bed after my last post, slept very little and woke up kinda excited to go to my friends house.
By the way, friend, if you're seeing this, you're awesome! Not just because you are seeing this though!
Anywho, I ventured into an old well of possibilities trying to fish out some of what I used to be, maybe feeling that since I'm not a beacon of happiness today, regressing to a past when I guess I felt happier could have a positive effect on me. It maybe did so, but to what extent?
Ok, cards on the proverbial table: Friends are said to be those kind of people who stick with you for a long time through thick and thin, and maybe due to an unforseen intoxication I suffered in my family, I was led to believe that friends from school are the real ones. Are they? Well, there are three people who I'd do anything for, but there are also disguised wolves and lingering specters who I want to cut off from my life. What the duck is it that I have to do to get that?!
List of friends I'd die for:
The dear sweet angelic corny friend, the person who's been in my life the longest;
The great pal who even though I don't meet as often has always a special place in my heart and thoughts;
The awesome cool-looking friend who stuck by me when no one else did;
The incredible former student and friend who receives me in his house with open arms and controllers;
The handsome dude who shares ease with secrets and love for PS3;
The tall buddy who shares comfort in mixed weird conversations and value 4 noble acts of random kindness;
The dazzling friend who shares kitchen and love for pirates;
The blond and fantastic advisor, pal for movies, japanesies and classes;
The newest friend who shares taste for lovely books and acid comments;
The also newest pal who shares love for nerdy life, games and jokes.
The very newest sweet girl who shares views and love for Adam Lamberts.
Duck it all, I have an amazing list of amazing people to live an amazing life.
For the rest of those wolves and ghosts, Duck you!
Ok. I know this post was completely ducked up, but it felt ducking great!
